The entry level includes the entrance, laundry room, and garage. A convenient storage area for shoes and jackets keeps the rest of the home tidy and pristine.

Second Floor:
This level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for intimate gatherings. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts a gas stove, a large undermount sink, sleek quartz countertops, and modern cabinetry. The dining area comfortably seats six, with two extra spots at the kitchen bar. The cozy living room, with an electric fireplace and a large smart TV, is perfect for relaxing.

Third Floor:
Here, you’ll find all three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
Grey Haven Suite: A private primary suite with a plush king Casper mattress, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2). In the Clouds Room: Features two twin trundle beds (sleeps 2). Spring in Seattle Room: Offers a plush queen Casper mattress and is located off a full bathroom with a shower (sleeps 2).

Fourth Floor:
The rooftop deck offers stunning views of the Seattle skyline and Lake Union, complete with a gas grill, seating area, and outdoor dining for six.

Parking:
While garage parking is available, it is compact and may be difficult to maneuver in. For larger vehicles, we recommend street parking.
